Saadeddine Khemissi
Saadeddine Khemissi was born in Oum El Bouaghi, Algeria, on April 28, 1977. He received the D.E.S (Superior Studies Diploma) degree in solid-state physics from Mentouri University, Constantine, Algeria in 1999, and the Magister and Doctorate degrees in sciences on physic of semiconductors from Mentouri University, Constantine, Algeria in 2003 and 2009, respectively. He then joined the Physics Department, University of Khenchela, Algeria, He is currently a Maître of conferences (lecturer). He was Head of the department from 2008 to 2010. His current research is directed towards the modeling and simulation of the field effect devices.
