Von-Wun Soo
In 1976, he got his BS in EE from National Taiwan University. In 1980, he got his MS in Biomedical Engineering from EE department, Rutgers,the State University of New Jersey. In 1987, he got his Ph. D. from CS department from Rutgers University. In 1988, he was affiliated with National Tsing Hua University, at Hsinchu Taiwan as associate professor. He is now professor and direction of Institute of Information Systems and Applications at National Tsing Hua University.
