Yao-Liang Chung
Yao-Liang Chung was born in Tainan, Taiwan, in 1982. He received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University, Chungli, Taiwan, in 2004 and an M.S. degree from the National Taiwan University (NTU), Taipei, Taiwan, in 2006. He is currently working toward a Ph.D. degree with the Graduate Institute of Communication Engineering, NTU. His academic research interests include stochastic processes, statistical theory, queueing theory, information theory, optimization theory, packet scheduling algorithms, wireless communications, and performance modeling of cellular and wireless networks. Mr. Chung is a member of the Phi Tau Phi Honorary Society.
