About the book

The study on how to make computers do things that people do better is the main motivation for developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) since it was coined in 1956. However, Artificial Intelligence is considered to be one of the best and most significant discoveries only in the 20th century. This book will present the impact of Artificial Intelligence on the progress of Humanity. It aims to present the scope of Artificial Intelligence evolution by analysing its history, benefits and challenges, and further implications to Social, Ethical, and Legal issues. The impact of Artificial Intelligence on Innovation will be presented, particularly on its Co-Existence with people. The integration of Economic value and Ethical value will also be investigated and presented relative to progress in Artificial Intelligence. This book will present also the Pros and Cons of Artificial Intelligence and its possible applications in the future, realising the people’s concern for the safety of the world.
