Mohammad-Reza Mohammadi

Professor Mohammad-Reza Mohammadi works as a child and adolescent psychiatrist at Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), and is the chair of Psychiatry and Psychology Research Centre of Iran. He has authored more than 160 articles, 23 books, and few book chapters. He obtained a diploma in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry as well as M.Phil. at the University of London, 1996 and 1997; in Cognitive Behavior Therapy at Middle Sex Hospital, University College of London (UCL) 1998. He is the founder and the Editor-in-chief of Iranian Journal of Psychiatry (IJP). He is also a member of Editorial Boards of many Iranian and International journals. He established University of Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences in 1992, and has been the Head of National Research Centre for Medical Sciences of Iran (2001-2005). His research interests include epidemiological and clinical trial, cognitive behavior therapy and spiritual psychotherapy.
