Dr. Nditange Shigwedha

University of Namibia, Namibia

Dr. N. Shigwedha is a Namibian with more than seven years of teaching experience at the University of Namibia plus two years of postdoc at Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT). He had been involved in many researches within Food Science & Technology field for the past 20 years. In this particular area, he taught several food science and technology courses and served at management offices including being a Head of Department and sometimes Acting Faculty Dean. He has been a project team leader for many other research studies and projects conducted in Namibia, USA, and China. He has been collaborating also with colleagues at Pure Research Product LLC, Colorado and Niambi Wellness LLC, Florida, both in the United States of America, respectively. He is a Professional Member of IFT since 2008 (IFT website: www.ift.org).
