These restricting license terms may be waived by the copyright holder(s), though. Users wishing to circumvent any of the license terms are required to obtain explicit permission to do so from the copyright holder(s).

DISCLAIMER: The CC BY 3.0 license — nor any other license InTech currently uses or had used before — does not apply to figures and tables reproduced from other works, as they may be subject to different terms of reuse. In such cases, if a figure's or table's source publication or copyright holder aren't noted in the Work, it is the prospective user's responsibility to investigate and determine its exact copyright status. Users requiring assistance in that regard are welcome to send an inquiry at: permissions@intechopen.com.
