Dr. Ramón Gerardo Guevara-Gonzalez, CA is a professor member of Biosystems engineering group, Faculty of Engineering, Universidad Autonoma de Queretaro, Mexico. He has published 69 articles related to areas of molecular biology and biochemistry of plants and microorganisms. He is a member of the national researchers systems (SNI) from Mexico. He has a recognition by the International Scientific Information in 2000, as the author of an article considered classic. He has worked aspects of biochemistry and molecular biology of aflatoxins especially antimutagenic effects of natural extracts.
