About the book

Nut Consumption and Usefulness in the Modern World

It is not by chance that nuts are called brain food. Besides the fact that they are delicious and full of essential vitamins and minerals for the health of the whole body, nuts bring a series of benefits to the human brain, ensuring the proper functioning of the entire nervous system. Nuts are food that can be used in drinks, salty and sweet dishes, and they are also the basis of many cosmetic products. In addition, they are suitable for people of all ages. Due to the composition rich in fats, minerals and vitamins, nuts offer a generous series of benefits to the body both externally and internally. This book will aim to bring together useful information about nuts existing around the world, their benefits, their composition, quality and safety aspects, the dangers and adverse effects that may occur after consumption, and their usefulness in the food industry, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry.
