Scope

Cardiovascular diseases include diseases affecting the heart and vascular system and include coronary artery disease, stroke, cardiomyopathy, heart failure, arrhythmias, valve problems, cardiac masses, and pericardial diseases. Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of morbidity and mortality all over the world. Aggressive risk factor management, prevention, and timely diagnosis and management can make a significant impact on the prognosis. This topic aims to present the different cardiovascular diseases, how different diseases manifest, their risk factors, management, and prognosis.
