İbrahim Kahramanoğlu is an associate professor at the Faculty of Agriculture, European University of Lefke, Northern Cyprus. He is an expert in horticultural production, postharvest biology and technology, and good agricultural practices. His main research interests are postharvest physiology and handling of fruits, natural and novel technologies for handling and storage, digital and precision farming (agri 4.0) for sustainability, and value-adding to horticultural crops. He has authored various books, book chapters, conference papers, and scientific publications related to his experience.

Murat Helvacı is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Agriculture, European University of Lefke, Northern Cyprus. He graduated from the European University of Lefke, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies with the title of Agricultural Engineer in 2011, and completed his master's degree there in 2014. After completing his undergraduate education, he worked as an Agricultural Engineer in Güzelyurt Prodagro Traiding LTD for about 2 years. He started working as a Research Assistant at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies at the European University of Lefke, from which he graduated, in 2015. He completed his doctorate in 2018 and has been working as lecturer (Assistant Professor) in the Department of Horticulture at the European University of Lefke since 2019. He is expert in pest management, olive production and organic farming. He has authored three book chapters, published more than 25 scientific publications related to his experience and attended several international conferences where he presented his research findings.

Dr. Olga Panfilova, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, is employed at the Russian Research Institute of Fruit Crop Breeding (VNIISPK), as a full Senior researcher in the Laboratory of berry breeding and variety studies. Her academic and scientific opus is orientated towards horticulture, breeding and various related studies, agricultural technology, plant physiology and biochemistry, plant anatomy and morphology, plant introduction, adaptivity of plants, drought resistance, heat resistance, and winter hardiness among other.
