There is no doubt that technological innovations are striking our world every single day. New technical trends revolutionize our ways of living and working. In the era of big data, machine learning, and the Internet of things, a revolution on education engineering is required.
This book shows the divergence between engineering education and professional engineering. It proposes a guide on how to equip future engineers with the necessary tools to drive further technical advancements in the decades to come. We describe new and adaptive approaches to education engineering, not limited to conventional programs and instructions, but inspired by technological prowess and taking full advantage of them.
