About the book

The growing need for complex electronic systems requires shorter production times along with high quality and reliability of products. These modern devices have numerous functionalities and testing of such complex systems takes almost half of the time necessary for their development. In order to provide faster, more cost-effective testing of multiple devices many different kinds of electronic test equipment are in use. They range from basic equipment to extremely complex and sophisticated test units. Since electronic test equipment requires constant upgrading and list of test methods grows longer every day, authors would like to invite scientists and researchers to contribute their recent research results and review articles related to various aspects of development and application of different conventional and advanced electronic test equipment. Contributing authors are invited to make an effort to present their work in a manner that allows both professionals and readers not involved in the immediate field to understand the topic and find inspiration for their future projects.

Introducing your Author Service Manager

Ms. Sandra Maljavac

As an Author Service Manager my responsibilities include monitoring and facilitating all publishing activities for authors and editors. From chapter submission and review, to approval and revision, copyediting and design, until final publication, I work closely with authors and editors to ensure a simple and easy publishing process. I maintain constant and effective communication with authors, editors and reviewers, which allows for a level of personal support that enables contributors to fully commit and concentrate on the chapters they are writing, editing, or reviewing. I assist authors in the preparation of their full chapter submissions and track important deadlines and ensure they are met. I help to coordinate internal processes such as linguistic review, and monitor the technical aspects of the process. As an ASM I am also involved in the acquisition of editors. Whether that be identifying an exceptional author and proposing an editorship collaboration, or contacting researchers who would like the opportunity to work with IntechOpen, I establish and help manage author and editor acquisition and contact.
