About the book
The main aim of this project is to collect and summarize fascinating and valuable recent discoveries especially of several amylases of new types; studies of kinetic mechanisms of amylase and their inhibitors, catalyzed reactions and their natural and synthetic inhibitors, applications of amylases to industry, drug development, computer aided drug design and phylogenic evolutionary relationship of amylase. This book also contains those which are useful for further conversion of amylase reaction products from the point of view of pharmaceutical application. The purpose of the book is to present, in concise form, the most reliable and factual information about the enzymatic properties and application of amylases and their natural and synthetic inhibitors. The book aims to serve as a source of information and material for researchers and scientist working in academic and industrial fields using amylases inhibitors for the designing the drugs against diabetes and obesity.
