Yair Holtzman is a Director at WTP Advisors where he leads the Business Advisory Services Practice and co-leads the Research & Development Tax Services Practice. He has twenty years of experience focusing on Research & Development in the Chemicals, Life Sciences and High Technology Industries serving the needs of Fortune 500 companies. He has guided numerous clients in unlocking the potential of process and product development and has helped clients improve operational performance and drive tangible results to the bottom line. He has published articles on the subjects of R&D, strategic new product development, innovation and manufacturing, R&D tax credits, tax planning and business strategy. Yair has been invited to speak on these topics in academic and industry settings in the US, Europe and Asia. Yair is a CPA in NY, NJ, IL and NH and holds an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management with a concentration in Manufacturing and Operations Management. He graduated with high distinction from Hofstra University with a Master’s in Accounting and Taxation. He has a B.A with high honors in Chemistry from Brandeis University and completed post-graduate work in Chemistry at the University of Pennsylvania.
