Olgica Stefanovic
Olgica Stefanović received her Ph.D in biology from the University of Kragujevac, Republic of Serbia. In 2014, she become an assistant professor at Department of Biology and Ecology, University of Kragujevac. She has participated in several funded research projects in the field of Antimicrobial agents. She is the author/co-author of 40 articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals, 3 book chapters and 28 communications in scientific congresses. Dr Stefanović research interests are human pathogenic and food-borne bacteria, bacterial biofilms, as well as testing of antibiofilm and antimicrobial effects and synergistic effects of new alternative agents such as chemical compounds and natural plant extracts.
