Yakubu Yusuf
Yusuf, Yakubu Obadaki was born on 5th February 1975 in Kaduna town. He hails from Okene local government area of Kogi State, Nigeria. He attended Kaduna Capital School for his primary and secondary school education after which he proceeded to Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he bagged his first, second and third degrees in Geography in 1999, 2006 and 2013 respectively. He was appointed as an academic staff of the Department of Geography, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in June, 2001where he is still working and has been involved in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and supervisions. His area of specialization is Hydrology, Fluvial Geomorphology and Water Resources Management and has both national and international publications and conference papers to his credit. He belongs to professional societies including Association of Nigerian Geographers, Nigerian Meteorological Society and Nigerian Association of Hydrogeologists. Yusuf is happily married and blessed with children.
