Dr. César Martín-Gómez is a Ph.D. Architect from the Universidad de Navarra (Spain). He has been responsible of building services in complex buildings working in I&S Ingenieros (2000-2005), the Department of Architecture in the Spanish Renewable Energies Center (2005-2007), and acted as Building Services and Energy Coordinator in Mangado & Asociados Asociados (2007-2009). From 2001, his line of research is focused on the integration of building services and energy systems in Architecture and Urbanism. Nowadays he works as a researcher and Associate Professor in the Construction, Building Services and Structures Department in the Universidad de Navarra, where he has taught the subjects of Biomimicry, Building Services, Design of Building Services, Environmental Engineering Applied to the City, Inclusive Design, Urban Infrastructures, Final Degree Project and Master of Architectural Design. He has been a visiting professor at the University of the Basque Country, University of Cádiz, Polytechnic University of Madrid, University of Piura (Peru) and at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (Switzerland).
