Nisar Haider Zaidi

Dr. Zaidi obtained his MBBS, in 1991 from J.N.Medical college, A.M.U. Aligarh India,and got M.S (Master of surgery) in 1995,from J.N. Medical College , A.M.U .Aligarh India. He received his M.R.C.S. from Royal College of physicians and surgeons of Glasgow, U.K,in 2010, and obtained FICS ( Fellow of international college of surgeons) in 2014 from International college of surgeons , Chicago , U.S.A. Dr. Zaidi completed F.A.C.S.( Fellow of American college of surgeons) in 2016 from American college of surgeons, Chicago, U.S.A, and F.R.C.S. ( Fellow of Royal college of physicians and surgeons of Glasgow), in 2018 from Royal college of physicians and surgeons of Glasgow, U.K. He worked as consultant General surgeon in India from 1995 to 1997 and as Lecturer in the department of surgery, at A.I.U medical college, Muzaffarnagar ,India. When he migrated to Saudi Arabia he worked in Alnoor hospital Makkah form 1997 to 2001 and then worked in Jeddah in hospital to finally shift to department of surgery, King Abdulaziz University Hospital Jeddah. During this period he was actively involved in surgical operations, patient care,teaching medical students, interns and residents. Dr. Zaidi is working as faculty in various workshops in basic and advanced surgical skills, including trauma workshops, and electrosurgical skill courses. He is involved in research activities and has published many research papers and book chapters. He is member of the editorial board of a journal, and is currently working on two other surgical books.
