Gholam A. Kazemi
Dr Gholam A. Kazemi is Assistant Professor of Hydrogeology at Shahrood University of Technology in Iran. He is Associate Editor of Hydrogeology, Carbonates, and Evaporites journals. Dr Kazemi worked as a geologist for the National Iranian Oil Company prior to undertaking his MSc and PhD studies at Curtin University of Technology and University of Technology, Sydney. Dr Kazemi has conducted research in various capacities at world renowned institutions, including University of Neuchatel, Hokkaido University, and Kumamoto University. He has been a member of the scientific committee in three international conferences, and acted as the technical reviewer for 10 journals, as well as a number of book proposals. Dr Kazemi contributed 11 articles to the \Water Encyclopedia-Five Volume Set\, and he is the principle author of \Groundwater Age\, both published by John Wiley and Sons. His research deals with groundwater resources and environmental issues, that of which he has supervised a number of graduate students in these fields.
