Dr. Samson Milâ€™shtein is a Full Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering Dept. at University of Massachusetts Lowell since 1987 â€“ till present. During 1998-1999 he served as Assistant Dean of Engineering for Research, UMass, Lowell, MA. From 1990 he is the director of the Advanced Electronic Technology Center at UMass. Dr. Milâ€™shtein was teaching at Russian, Israeli and American Colleges. At age 23 he was the youngest professor of Semiconductor Electronics Dept, Polytechnic College of Kherson (Ukraine). He worked for semiconductor companies in Russia and the USA, served as research fellow in Russian Academy of Sciences and at AT&T Bell Laboratories. He received in 1971 the first prize of ISSP of Russian Academy of Science for a scientific discovery. His publication list carries over 240 publications, patents, and conference presentations.
