Gonzalo J. Olmo
Dr. Gonzalo J. Olmo holds a degree in Physics (2001) and a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics and Astrophysics (2005) from the University of Valencia (Spain). He has worked as a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (USA), the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics (Canada), and the Instituto de Estructura de la Materia of the Spanish Research Council (CSIC) in Madrid (Spain). He is currently working at the Instituto de Física Corpuscular (University of Valencia - CSIC) in Valencia, Spain. His research work includes: inflationary cosmology, non-singular cosmological models, phenomenology of quantum gravity, extended theories of gravity, the cosmic speedup problem, black hole physics, Hawking radiation, and quantum field theory in curved space-times.
