Hisham Ismail

Hisham Ismail, male, Research biochemist, PhD graduated from Cairo University in 2001. He worked for R & D Dept., Gastroenterology and Surgery Center, Mansoura University in 1992-1996. Since 1997, he became junior scientist at R & D Dept., of Biotechnology Research Center (BRC), New Damietta, Egypt. From 2001, he worked as research scientist in BRC, New Damietta. In 2004, he awarded the Egyptian state encouragement prize in biological sciences and it was for his science and technology success during the period 2002-2004. In 2006, he worked as associate professor of biochemistry and molecular biology in Mansoura University, Egypt and from 2007-till now in Umm Al-Qura University, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The main research focused on the identification and characterization of several novel antigens and biomarkers eligible for immunodiagnosis and/or vaccine development against many parasitic, bacterial, and viral infectious diseases and got very important success.
