Ana Teresa Celada-Murillo is a researcher at the National Institute of Electricity and Clean Energies (Instituto Nacional de Electricidad y Energías Limpias) in Mexico. In 2006, she received her Ph. D. in Science from the National Center for Technological Research and Development (Centro Nacional de Investigación y Desarrollo Tecnológico, Mexico). In 2000, she obtained her Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from the National University of Mexico (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México). Her main research areas are air pollution and the evaluation of its environmental impacts, characterization and selection of meteorological events related to air pollution events, and modeling of the coagulation process of atmospheric aerosols. Dr. Celada-Murillo has published research articles in international journals, conference proceedings, and book chapters.
