Rosangela Rodrigues Dias
Rosangela Rodrigues Dias is a researcher at the Department of Food Technology and Science, Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), Brazil. Currently, she holds a junior scientist position at the Bioprocess Intensification Group (UFSM). She has published more than sixty scientific publications/communications, including one book, eighteen book chapters, fifteen original research papers, and twenty-seven research communications at national and international conferences. She acts as a reviewer for international journals. Her research interest includes microalgae biotechnology with an emphasis on microalgae-based processes and products.
