Vildan Esenyel is an accomplished and detail-driven postdoctoral fellow and researcher. As an assistant professor, Dr. Esenyel has focused on the innovative side of human resource management in her research, teaching, and academic activities. Her research interests include human resources management, corporate reputation, inter-organizational power relations, and entrepreneurship. In particular, she is interested in looking at various stages of the employment cycle and how corporate reputation can positively impact the organization. As an entrepreneur, she has received a grant from the Ministry of Economy and Energy - KOBİGEM to start an entrepreneurship education program.
