Qahtan Al-Aabidy
Dr. Qahtan Al-Aabidy has obtained his BSc and MSc in air conditioning and refrigeration engineering from the University of Technology, Baghdad, Iraq in 2002 and 2005, respectively. Afterward, he worked as a member of academic staff at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Kufa, Iraq. Dr. Qahtan obtained his Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from the School of Mechanical, Aerospace, and Civil Engineering/ University of Manchester in 2018. His Ph.D. research entitled " Modelling of Turbulent Flow and Heat Transfer in Porous Media for Gas Turbine Blade Cooling". Currently, Qahtan is working as a member of academic staff in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Kufa, Iraq.
