Montasir Elahi
Montasir Elahi currently works as a Research Associate at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, United States of America. Previously, he worked at the Graduate School of Medicine, Juntendo University, Japan. He obtained his Bachelor\'s Degree from the University of Dhaka (Biochemistry and Molecular Biology) in 2003, a Master\'s Degree from the University of Dhaka in 2004, and a Ph.D. from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (Biotechnology and Life Sciences) in 2014. From 2008 to 2012 he received a Japanese Govt MEXT Fellowship for pursuing doctoral studies. From 2007 to 2008 he worked at the Research Office, International Center for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh. From 2014 to 2016 he was a Post-doctoral fellow at Juntendo University School of Medicine and from 2016 to the present, he has been a Project Assistant Professor at the Department of Diagnosis, Prevention and Treatment of Dementia and Dept. of Neurology, Juntendo University School of Medicine. Dr. Elahi performs research in Neuroscience, Protein science, and Structural biology.
