Natalia García-Carbonell, PhD, is an Associate Professor at University of Cádiz (Business Management Department). Her research trajectory shows a very intense activity since she completed her PhD on the influence of top management team’s human capital in the HRM strategy formulation process in 2013. As a result, she is a co-author of different research articles published in top international journals such as Journal of Intellectual Capital, European Management Journal, International Review of Administrative Sciences or Business Research Quarterly. Professor García-Carbonell has also been continually involved in different funding research projects, not only as a researcher but also as a principal investigator in the last years. In addition, she has actively participated in different research events such as the International Workshop on HRM as part of the organizing and scientific committee, as presenter and chairperson in diverse international conferences or managing and coordinating one of the Doctoral Program at Cádiz University. Her research activity completes with an international experience resulting in a research stay at Kingston University in which she was subsequently invited to participate as a speaker as part of the Kingston Business School’s HRM seminar series.
