Uzezi P. OTOLO (PhD) is a seasoned librarian with over 22 years working experience in academic (and special) libraries. She holds PhD and Master’s degrees in Library and Information Science from Delta State University, Abraka and University of Ibadan, both in Nigeria respectively. She is currently a Deputy University Librarian and the Head of the Readers’ Services Section of the main library of the former institution. She is a registered chartered Librarian, a member of the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals (LRCN) and Nigerian Library Association (NLA). Her interests in librarianship ranges from Information needs of rural dwellers, ICT application in libraries and other settings, through utilization of Library and Information resources to its relevance to academic performance. She is a reviewer with several journals and also has several published scholarly papers in reputable local and international journals indexed by Scopus, Google scholar, DOAJ, EBSCO amongst others.
