Marco Ricolfi

Professor Ricolfi is the head of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Turin; the founding co-director of the Nexa Center for Internet and Society (https://nexa.polito.it/); and Partner at the Tosetto,Weigmann and Associates law firm in Milan and Turin. He received his law degree from the University of Turin and his master’s from the Yale Law School. In 2007, Prof. Ricolfi was a member of the High-Level Expert Group on Digital Libraries appointed by the European Commission. Ricolfi is a member of the European Copyright Society. His recent publications include The Internet of Things and the Ages of Antitrust, in Concorrenza e mercato (2017).
