Dr. Carlos Cuellar is a researcher at the Faculty of Health Sciences at the Universidad Anáhuac, México. He earned a Master degree at the Meritorious Autonomous University of Puebla and a PhD degree at the Center for Research and Advanced Studies (CINVESTAV), both in Mexico. His postdoctoral experience includes stays in the Department of Pharmacobiology at the CINVESTAV and at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, USA. Dr. Cuellar´s scientific production comprises the study of motor and sensory processing and the development of strategies for evaluation of neural activity in the spinal cord. His scientific interests include the development and study of combined strategies aimed to restore motor, sensory and autonomic dysfunctions after spinal cord injury. Dr. Cuellar is member of the Mexican Research System.
