Dr. Suzan Salem is a highly experienced, skilled and qualified oral surgeon with more than 10 years of clinical and teaching experience. She completed her BA in Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2003 at Alexandria University, Egypt and went on to obtain her MA in Oral Surgery from the same university. She worked as a clinical instructor at the Faculty of Dentistry, Alexandria University, Egypt from 2003 until 2013, as a lecturer of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at College of Dentistry, Taibah University, Saudi Arabia in the period from 2013 until 2015 and has been working as a lecturer of Oral Surgery, Maxillofacial and Diagnostic Science at College of Dentistry, Qassim University, Saudi Arabia since 2015 up to date. She successfully completed the NIH training course "Protecting Human Research Participants" in 2017 and obtained specialty certificate in Oral Surgery from Saudi Health of Commission in 2018. Her special area of expertise is maxillofacial trauma, orofacial lesions, and dental implants. She is an active member of the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and American Academy of Implant Dentistry. She has published numerous articles in international journals.
