Alexis Pérez-Fargallo

Architect (University of Seville, Spain, 2007); Master in Sustainable Architecture and City (University of Seville, Spain, 2012); Master in supervision and diagnosis of building, urban planning and infrastructure project (University of Seville, Spain, 2012); PhD in construction technology, research, development and innovation (University of Seville, Spain, 2013); Postdoctoral researcher at the Universidad del Bío-Bío in Concepción, Chile. His main lines of research are environmental comfort, energy efficiency and cost study. He participated as an academic of the Higher School of Building Engineering in Seville from 2010 to 2014. He is the author of several research projects in the area of ​​rehabilitation and energy efficiency of buildings, specializing in the cost line of existing building improvements. He has carried out advisory, management, design, production and construction of architectural and exhibition projects. He has lectured on rehabilitation in Colombia, Chile and Spain. He currently works as an academic in the Department of Construction Sciences at the Universidad del Bío-Bío.
