The professor at the Faculty of Food Technology and the head of the Division of Milk Technology at Warsaw University of Life Sciences (see: The lecturer under the "Intensive Program" (EU ERASMUS program), the technological and scientific advisor to Polish SMEs, the expert appraiser of the Association of Polish Consumers and the Polish Scientific and Technical Association of Engineers and Technicians of the Food Industry. My fields of scientific interest: safety issues: food poisoning, identification and properties of pathogenic microorganisms, antibiotic resistance of bacteria, allergens in foods, hygiene of food production and control of food quality (requirements, hygiene and food quality control), modern instrumental methods in food quality control, nutritional value of dairy products and fortification, functional food compounds and probiotics, new dairy products and plant-based milk alternatives technology.
