André Longaray
André Longaray is an Associate Professor of Operational Research at the Federal University of Rio Grande (FURG, Brazil) and head of its research group on Operational Research (LabSADi/FURG) since 1998. He got his B.Sc. in Business Administration by FURG in 1994. He received his M.Sc. in Business Administration (1997) and his D.Sc. in Production Engineering and Systems (2004) from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). Professor Longaray is a specialist in Mathematical Programming. As a decision scientist, he has more than fifteen years of experience in conducting analytical decision-aiding projects for public and private organizations, such as Public Hospitals, Industries and Ports, using Multicriteria Decision Aid methods.
