Goran Kušec
Goran Kušec is full professor at Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences of Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, Croatia. He graduated at the Faculty of agriculture in Osijek, Croatia in 1988, 1987 he obtained MS degree at the Veterinary Faculty in Zagreb, and PhD at Georg August University in Göttingen, Germany in 2001. He is coordinator on the module 'Animal Products' on graduate study and 'Growth of domestic animals' on the doctoral study. His scientific interests are mainly connected with the genetic and environmental influences on meat quality and carcass composition of pigs and with the investigation of animal growth in relation with morphological changes and tissue development. He co-authored about 100 scentific and professional papers and 4 book chapters. He supervised 6 PhD, and a number of MS and graduate students.
