Patricia Sampedro-Piquero

Patricia Sampedro-Piquero is an assistant professor in the Faculty of Psychology, at the Autonomous University of Madrid. She has developed a line of research focused on cognitive and/or emotional alterations linked to fields such as aging and substance use, as well as the role of non-pharmacological interventions in their treatment. In addition, she has been the principal investigator of two projects related to cognitive deficits and substance use and is currently part of the research team of two projects focused on neurophysiological alterations related to heavy alcohol consumption in adolescents and the role of neuropsychology in the assessment and treatment of addiction. She has several journal articles and book chapters to her credit.
