Dr. Daniela-Rodica Mitrea is lecturer in Physiology at 'Iuliu Haţieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. In 2007, she obtained her PhD degree in Medicine with the thesis 'Reactive Oxygen Species and Learning in Zero Magnetic Field'. Her main research interests include the effects of different environmental conditions on human body, geophysical variations on human beings, oxidative stress, inflammation, and nutritional factors’ effects in pathogenesis. Dr. Daniela-Rodica Mitrea edited 3 books, authored and co-authored 10 book chapters, published over 30 articles in national and international scientific journals, presented more than 60 research papers at national and international conferences.
