Harish Sahoo

Dr. Harish Kumar Sahoo is now working as Associate Professor in the department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Veer Suredra Sai University of Technolog,Burla,Sambalpur,Odisha. Prior to VSSUT Burla, he had worked for 6 years at IIIT Bhubaneswar. Dr. Sahoo has more than sixteen years of teaching and research experience. He has already served as the branch coordinator of ETC and EEE departments in IIIT Bhubaneswar for more tha three years. He was also the Branch Counselor of IEEE Student Branch, IIIT Bhubaneswar. Prior to IIIT Bhubaneswar he had also taken the responsibility of Head of the department and M.Tech. coordinator in various reputed Engineering colleges under BPUT,Odisha. He received his M.Tech. degree from NIT Rourkela, India and Ph.D. from Sambalpur University, India. He has published several research papers in the journals of Elsevier like Applied Soft Computing and AEUE. Also he has published more than six papers in IEEE international conferences like TENCON, INDICON etc. He is an active reviewer of IEEE Transactions on I & M, IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery,IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, Elsevier ISA Transactions, AEUE, Taylor & Francis, Springer, IEEE Signal Processing Letters, Journal of Franklin Institute.In 2015,he has elevated to the grade of IEEE senior member.
