Betty Revon Liu
Betty R. Liu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Biotechnology, College of Medicine, Tzu Chi University. She received her Ph.D. in Life Science and Biotechnology from National Dong Hwa University and was a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Studies, National Dong Hwa University. Her primary research interests center on issues of drug and nanomaterial delivery systems based on cell-penetrating peptides. She is devoted to the design and applications of cell-penetrating peptides, including gene deliveries and therapies, pharmaceutical transdermal systems, and quantum dot internalizations. She served as the Guest Editor for BioMed Research International, Current Pharmaceutical Design, and Pharmaceutics. She also acted as the Journal of Functional Foods Editorial Manager.
