Norihito Sakaguchi

Norihito Sakaguchi received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in materials science from Hokkaido University, Sapporo, Japan, in 1994 and 1996, and the Ph.D. degree in materials science from Hokkaido University, Japan, in 1999. He joined Hokkaido University, Sapporo, Japan, in 1999. He has been engaged in research on radiation effects on grain boundaries in metals and alloys. Since 2004, he has been Associate Professor at the Center for Advanced Research of Energy Conversion Materials, Hokkaido University, Sapporo Japan, and moved to the Graduate School of Engineering, Hokkaido University, Sapporo, Japan, in 2010. His major subject at present is nano-analysis using the analytical transmission electron microscopy in metals and semiconductors.
