Dr. Blasch received his B.S. in Mech. Eng. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and PhD in Electrical Eng. from Wright State University in addition to numerous Master’s Degrees in Mech. Eng., Ind. Eng., Elect. Eng., Medicine, Military Studies, Economics, Psychology, and Business. Additionally, his assignments include: Adjunct associate professor, President of professional societies, and Colonel (ret) in the USAF reserves. His areas of research include information-fusion, image fusion, avionics, and human-machine integration; compiling over 30+ engineering challenge awards, 18 medals, 900 papers, 32 patents, and 7 books. He is an Associate Fellow of AIAA, Fellow of SPIE, and Fellow of IEEE.
