Dr. Muhammad Afzaal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science at Government College University Faisalabad, Pakistan. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he is also involved in various other assignments as a Business Manager-BIC and Lab Incharge (Food Safety and Biotechnology). Dr. Afzaal has accumulated around 10 years of teaching and research experience and has actively participated in numerous national and international research projects. He has over 100 publications to his credit, which include two books and ten book chapters. Dr. Afzaal has supervised twenty-five MS students and three Ph.D. students. He is a reviewer for several international journals and holds the position of Secretary in the Pakistan Society of Food Scientists & Technologists (PSFST), Faisalabad chapter, of which he is also a life member.
