Amarnath Mishra

Dr. Amarnath Mishra has been working as a Faculty (Forensic Science) at Amity University UP, Noida, India since August 2015. Prior to this, he had worked as an Associate Professor in the Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology at Tribhuvan University, National Medical College, Nepal and also worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology at Kathmandu University, College of Medical Sciences, Nepal. Dr. Mishra received his Ph.D. in Forensic Science with specialization in Forensic Chemistry & Toxicology from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences, Prayagraj (Formerly SHIATS, Allahabad), India in collaboration with the Central Forensic Science Laboratory, Chandigarh, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. He received his M.Phil. in Biochemistry with specialization in DNA Forensic and Toxicology from Vinayaka Missions University, Salem, Tamilnadu, India and he completed his M.Sc. in Forensic Science with specialization in DNA Fingerprinting and Toxicology from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences, Prayagraj (Formerly AAIDU, Allahabad), India in collaboration with the Central Forensic Science Laboratory, Hyderabad, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Dr. Mishra is serving as editor, associate editor, section editor and reviewer in various National and International journals of concerned specialization and subjects. He had worked as a Research Scholar on the Project of Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
