Courtney Marsh, M.D., M.P.H., FACOG is an Associate Professor at the Center for Advanced Reproductive Medicine. After graduating from the University of Kansas School of Medicine, Dr. Marsh went on to complete her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She returned to Kansas City after completing a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Michigan. During her fellowship, Dr. Marsh trained with experts in the field of reproductive endocrinology and infertility. As a fellow, she researched hypothamic feedback of estrogen as related to pubertal onset and menstrual cyclicity. She also completed research using neuroimaging techniques to better understand polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which she will continues as a faculty member at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She has a number of publications in the scientific literature and is also a member of many medical associations. Dr. Marsh specializes in treating women with infertility, PCOS and obesity. She is proud to provide both medical and surgical options in treating infertility including assisted reproductive technology and endoscopic surgeries.
