Dr. P. Balasubramaniam received his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India, in 1994. He was a Visiting Research Professor at the Pusan National University, South Korea, from 2001 to 2006, where he was involved in control theory and neural networks. He published nearly 260 research articles with a H-index of 50. He received many awards and recognitions from the Gandhigram Rural University, India. Dr. Balasubramaniam received the Tamil Nadu Scientist Award in mathematical sciences from the Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology in 2005. He is an Editor-in-Chief of the journal Modern Instrumentation, Scientific Research Publishing Inc., and an Associate Editor of the Neural Processing Letters (Springer), Germany. He is a recipient of the top 2% of scientists recognized by Stanford University for his significant contribution to research in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Image Processing.

The portfolio diversification strategy study is useful to help investors to plan for the best investment strategy in maximizing return with the given level of risk or minimizing risk. Further, a new set of generalized sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of the solution and finite-time stability has been achieved by using Generalized Gronwall-Bellman inequality. Moreover, a novel development is proposed to solve classical control theory’s difference diagrams and transfer functions. Advanced TCP strategies and free parametrization for continuous-time LTI systems and quality of operation of control systems are presented.
