Samuel Adeyeye

ADEYEYE, Samuel Ayofemi Olalekan was born on September 8th, 1969 in Gbongan, Osun State, South-West, Nigeria. He attended Olufi Memorial Primary School, Gbongan between 1975 – 1981 for his First School Leaving Certificate. He proceeded to Gbongan/Odeomu Anglican Grammar School in 1981for his West African School Certificate which he completed in June, 1986. He got admission to Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria in October, 1987 for a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology and graduated with Second Class degree in 1992. He was admitted for a Master of Science degree in Food Technology in 1995 at University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria and graduated in July, 1997. He was admitted to Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria in March, 2011 for a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree programme in Food Processing and Storage Technology and bagged PhD degree in Food Processing and Storage Technology in January, 2017. He started his teaching career in 1993 as a Youth Corp member in Imo State, Nigeria. He has taught in several secondary schools in various parts of South-West, Nigeria. He was a Researcher at Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria between 2011 – 2017 and presently an International Researcher at Department for Management of Science and Technology Development, Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and Faculty of Environment and Labour Safety, Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He has over 40 research publications in ISI/SCOPUS indexed research journals and six conference papers. He is happily married with four children.
