Mohammed Znari

Dr. Mohammed Znari holds a Ph.D. in Ecology (Pierre & Marie Curie University, Paris, France, 1988) and [Cadi Ayyad University (CAU), Marrakech, Morocco, 1999]. He is a Professor of Ecology and Conservation Biology at CAU, with over 35-year research-teaching experience. His research concerns various vertebrate taxa. He has been involved in international grants and projects and received various international fellowships (Fulbright, DAAD). He is the curator of Vertebrate Zoology at the Natural History Museum of Marrakech, CAU. Dr. Znari was a member of the International Committee of the World Congress of Herpetology and is currently vice-president of the French-Moroccan Association ZAATOT: for the monkey and humans in the Atlas range. He supervised several Master's and PhD theses and he has produced international papers and contributions to international scientific meetings.
