Muhammad Mazhar Ayaz

Dr.Muhammad Mazhar Ayaz is working as Professor in the Department of Parasitology , Faculty of Veterinary Sciences, Cholistan University of Veterinary and Animal sciences,Bahawalpur, Pakistan. He completed “International Training workshop on Standard Diagnosis Techniques of Livestock Health Diseases in Developing Countries” in 2004 from LVRI, China and AMBO Course in 2002 from Tokyo, Japan. He was awarded XIII Star Asia Award in 2002 and earned his PhD in 2003 from UAF, Faisalabad.He did his M.Sc (Hons) in 1995 and DVM from the College of Veterinary Sciences, Lahore (Now UVAS) in 1993. He has more than 15 years’ experience from filed and has more than 55 National and International research papers in his credit. He acted as Conference Secretary “The National Conference on the Strategies to Improve Red Meat Production in Pakistan” at FVS, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan on 13th October, 2010. He authored “The Procedures in Veterinary Protozoology”, “A Discussion on Veterinary Epidemiology and Public Health” and “Advance Techniques in Veterinary Entomology: Laboratory Procedures in Veterinary Entomology Diagnosis and exploration” and “A text book on the welfare, management, rights and acts of Laboratory animals and zoo animals” . He authored as contributing author in “Mastitis in Dairy Production, Current Knowledge and Future Solutions” published by Wangeningen Academic Publishers the Netherlands in 2005.
